Shipping Policy

Every pair at TOT is packed with care and dispatched with intention.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

• During launches or sale periods, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Timeline:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Locations: 4–7 business days

• Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational delays beyond our control.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Returns & Replacement Policy (Free Size Socks)

Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of socks and our Free Size design, TOT follows a strict replacement-only policy.

No Returns for Fit or Preference:

All TOT socks are Free Size. We do not accept returns or exchanges for fit-related concerns or personal preferences.

Replacement Eligibility (Within 48 Hours of Delivery):

Replacement is offered only in case of:

• Manufacturing defect

• Damaged product received

• Wrong item delivered

To qualify:

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

• Unboxing video is mandatory

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

Non-Eligible Cases:

• Used or worn socks

• Minor color variation due to lighting

• Sale or discounted purchases

• Requests without unboxing proof

Only one replacement per order is allowed. If replacement stock is unavailable, store credit may be issued at TOT’s discretion.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Confirmation Policy

To reduce failed deliveries and ensure serious orders, TOT follows a strict COD confirmation process.

Mandatory Confirmation:

• All COD orders must be confirmed via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call before dispatch.

• Orders not confirmed within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled.

RTO (Return to Origin) Policy:

• If a COD order is refused at delivery or marked undeliverable due to customer negligence, future COD orders may be restricted.

• Repeated refusals may result in permanent COD disablement.

TOT reserves the right to disable COD for specific pincodes or customers with previous failed deliveries.
